Hand-held Weapon or Suit Upgrade?: Hand Held Weapon
What does it look like?: It looks like a black S&W Magnum revolver, but with a 2 inch screen replacing the hammer. It also features the classical Gantz double trigger.
What does it do?: Its a powerful projectile weapon, which fires .50 cal projectiles at a nearly impossible speed. The force imprinted into the projectiles is great enough to break trough almost every barriers or husks. This gun can lock onto up to six targets using the upper trigger and the screen. When fired, the bullet will attempt to hit every locked target, from last to first, and obviously anything that comes in its way. The screen also possesses the classic x-ray scan, just like every other Gantz hand gun. Have in mind that it can hit a single target may times in a row, just by locking multiple times on the same target (or different areas of the target, if said target is a large alien.) Right after the last target is hit, the ball will explode withe the average power of an X-Gun.
Strengths: Can hit multiple targets in sequence. Great for taking down large numbers of enemies.
Weaknesses: It can only hold six bullets, though they are refiled with each Gantz Laser Teleport Thing. Also, it's recoil would made it impossible for anyone not wearing a Gantz suit to shoot it without breaking an arm.
What is your weapon distribution dependant on?: Get 100 points twice using ranged weapons only and it's yours.

So, the bullet is similar in fashion to the Y-gun-rocket-things, except faster, right?
I like that it's not as fast as a regular bullet, since we've seen that Nishi, at least, had no chance of dodging bullets with a Gantz suit.

Well, the Y-Gun rocket things are not really meant to be lethal, while these rounds are. Besides, these rounds are merely plain projectiles, while rockets have their own source of propulsion.

It's totally quicker than a X-Rifle or Gun, but it lacks the power that those weapons have. Hell, even the Y-Gun can teleport things away. I don't know, for 200 points this weapon seems like a disappointment.

Exactly what I was thinking.
In fact, we could even compare it to modern weapons that we humans have now, and certain modern weapons would be more useful.
We could just have this as a new default weapon that appears in the room?
After all, the Gantz company could be creating new weapons as time passes on, meaning it wouldn't be weird if they made a new weapon that wasn't worth 100 points. And decided to test it out by beaming it in the "other" room to be a default weapon.

Wow, and I was being careful not to overpower it. Would you like me to edit it back to it's overkilling first version?

Yeah, it's a lot better.
Its weakness could be that as time goes on, the bullet will decelerate. Meaning the last hit won't be as strong as the first. Also, it has limited ammunition, correct? And I'd assume a shit ton of recoil, to the point where it can't be used without a Gantz suit, without at least hurting yourself.
