Pre shippuden. My moneys on Goku. And also who would win between Oozaru and the nine tailed fox?

Naruto aside, kid goku was known to have trouble fighting the most simplistically skilled humans, especially if we choose to not include the point in which he was transformed back into a kid and could turn ssj. With that in mind, I'm pretty sure Naruto could beat him because from what I know of naruto, his abilities were still considered godly as a child and he is still considered young. Goku on the other hand had to become an adult before his power increased substantially.
Hell, Kid Goku didn't even have a spirit bomb or a kamehameha.
Edit: If OOzaru's tail is cut, the fight is won. So if anything, Kid Goku is more liable to lose compared to Naruto who is less prone to being vulnerable.

Well, which Goku is this? The one that fought Piccolo at the Tournament? And is this the Naruto that fought Sasuke at the valley of the end? And also who would win between Oozaru and the nine tailed fox? Hard to say. Probably the Fox with a lot of difficulty. I think the Fox is bigger in size, and stronger in energy. Goku's version of the great ape doesn't even fire Ki blasts and if the tail is cut then it's all over. If the Fox spams blasts that can destroy mountains over and over he'll most likely win. kid goku was known to have trouble fighting the most simplistically skilled humans, Well, that's because in the DB universe humans have a lot of potential to become superhuman. Krillian, by the end of the (DBZ) series, had, at the very least, the ability to destroy cities and islands. If I want to push it a bit and assume he's strong enough to take on Freeza at that point, then he could most likely destroy Earth. This is by the Majin Buu saga. And the main point is: He's a human.Goku on the other hand had to become an adult before his power increased substantially. Nah, throughout the entire DB series Goku has been increasing power-levels substantially as a Kid. Before even training with master Roshi, he could run at a speed of 11.87 meters per second. Which, if my handy dandy online converter is correct, is equivalent to 26.55 miles per hour. Then, he trains with master Roshi and becomes faster. A few arcs later we seem him fast enough to casually react to and catch/dodge bullets. Something with a speed the likes that Naruto has never been shown to react to. After that, he gets bumped up a few times and eventually gets to Piccolo's level. By the way, Piccolo was able to destroy a moon. Hell, Kid Goku didn't even have a spirit bomb or a kamehameha. He had Kamehameha, though: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/File:GokufirstKame.png (That was only his first one, so it was small. Edit: If OOzaru's tail is cut, the fight is won. So if anything, Kid Goku is more liable to lose compared to Naruto who is less prone to being vulnerable. That's true, but that would just turn him back into Kid Goku again. Kid Goku is more than strong enough for Naruto. Also, Kid Goku who fought against Piccolo had his tail trained so it couldn't be used as a weakness against him and paralyze him when it was gripped. And once again, Goku later in the DB series is capable of destroying mountains at the very least. Naruto isn't near that level of destructive capacity. In fact, pre Shippuden Naruto only seemed to be able to go into one-tail. If this was an earlier version of Kid Goku, presumably before Goku's tail was trained so the weakness couldn't be used against him, then Naruto may have had a chance. However, Goku near the end of DB (I'm using DB to differentiate from DBZ, even though manga-wise they were considered the same series), is just too strong. Strength-wise, speed-wise, and even in durability Goku's stronger. The only thing Naruto has is regeneration when in one-tailed mode, but that will not last him forever.

Kid Goku was last shown at the 22nd Budokai. He faught Tenshinhan. He wasn't kid when fighting piccolo at the tournament. But Kid Goku did fight Piccolo Daimou though (thats as far as it goes for this topic). After that there was a 3 year skip and he got older. Then faught the piccolo we know.
He was able to make a kamehameha in the 3rd episode. After watching Roshi do it once. A resengan is more powerful than that. But I'm not sure it's more powerful than a kamehameha at the 22nd budokai.
I tried to make this fair.

But Kid Goku did fight Piccolo Daimou though (thats as far as it goes for this topic). Then Naruto still gets beat, just not as easily. Unless, this Goku is still weak when his tail is pulled? If not, Naruto is still outclassed by Goku's superior strength, speed, and durability. He was able to make a kamehameha in the 3rd episode. After watching Roshi do it once. A resengan is more powerful than that. But I'm not sure it's more powerful than a kamehameha at the 22nd budokai. With the Kamehameha that I just posted he was able to destroy a car. Naruto's base form Rasengan blows a hole through a water tank. Quite debatable as to which is stronger. And yeah, the Kamehameha of Goku when he fought King Piccolo is definitely stronger. Unless Naruto unleashes the seal and lets the fox out (which I'm not sure he actually has the power to do at that age), or is able to use the tail to make Goku weak (which I'm not sure Goku still has that weakness at that point), Naruto's toast. Also, I'll make a mental note that you don't consider young to middle aged teens, kids. =/

Unless Pre Naruto is able to hit someone who can dodge Bullet's from close range he's not gonna be able to do much against Kid Goku.
