Yeah, it was back when they got their bombs removed. Or it was the removing of the bombs that made them exempt. Same outcome either way. I believe the Mechs are bigger inside the Aliens ship because of the Gravity Furnace. Thats probably what they are going to go destroy. lolwut. OH SORRY! I was thinking of the Gravity Furnace from BLAME! I meant Space Air Compression technology.

Aww man does the battle/war right now seem one sided to anybody else? I mean it seems like the aliens are just toying with the gantzers...... But maybe that's just me

I finally got to read this chapter and can't wait to see the mech's kick ass without being invisible(osaka mission be dammed for giving only a couple of pages of the "gundam" vs giant bull-spider in full visibility).

Honestly, I like this chapter. I was hoping we'd get to see the Gantz mechs kick ass, considering we only saw the one in the Osaka mission, and it didn't get much "screen time". And I'm betting the "compression" theory is right. The "air" part is probably a bad translation. There's probably some kind of spacial compression going on in the alien's city-ship, so it's smaller than Tokyo on the outside but bigger than North America on the inside or something. Maybe Gantz/the executives who hacked Gantz took advantage of that to make the Gantz mechs evenn bigger.
So what happens when the compressor is destroyed? Does the ship expand and blow up a chunk of the Earth? Those executives might get more than they bargained for.
Speaking of which, is it the executives who gave them their orders in this chapter? I don't know who else it would be. Also, I'm pretty sure that Nishi and the others didn't get abducted for this mission because they had the bombs taken (re-taken?) out of their heads by Tokyo Gantz, as several of you have said or implied. That part makes perfect sense to me, at least. Well, except for the part about Tokyo Gantz helping them out in the first place. What's his motivation? Man, I hope we get a lot of answers, and soon.
But yeah, I honestly do think it was a cool chapter. I'm glad Kurono is still ready and willing to kick ass and survive.
