I have a question. I've been reading but I wanted to ask. What happened to Sol? Is he still in this? I was thinking of jumping in.

One of the Demons flapped its wings and flew over Blaine before dropping down and sinking his fangs into the mans shoulder, letting the copper taste of blood run into his mouth. lol. What, does Blaine not have any kind of cognition skills and/or reflexes?

Well, he's not wearing the suit, and this was supposed to be a surprise attack.

Hane was like the 2nd or 3rd character made on this forum. It was a good run.

lol. What, is Blaine retarded now? How can he not hear or see a demon alien fly over him? And human reflexes can be honed enough to dodge even bullets. I'm sure even without the suit, Blaine wouldn't have had a problem dodging or attacking an alien that took its time to fly over his head, and then drop down and sink its claws into him.
But it's fine. I'll just make it so Blaine randomly chose not to dodge.
And yeah, Ace. Blaine and Hane are the only surviving members who originated from the first Tokyo mission if I recall correctly.

No it can't. Humans cannot dodge bullets. The moment a bullet leaves the gun and it's in a path to hit you and lets just assume you're not wearing a caviler or something then yeah it's going to hit you. No human can move faster than a bullet, end of discussion. They can move out of the way just before someone pulls the trigger true, but that's not dodging a bullet, that's just moving out of the way of the trajectory BEFORE the gun unloads into your butt cheeks. Thats happened before, the cops took aim and just ripped, but they kept on dancing in around so the trajectory of the bullet was off, they didn't move after the trigger was pulled though they wouldn't have enough time, no one does, ever and probably never will.
That being stated lets just assume that Blaine was at least a little surprised and the eyes he's grown out of the back of his head were not functioning properly, nor the ones at the top of his head so when the Demon attacked from above he was a little bit startled which would not amplify his reaction but instead deter it as his brain would try to process the situation. So....Yeah, a flying monster diving at your ass might be a bit of a surprise.

No it can't. Humans cannot dodge bullets. Yes, they can. The moment a bullet leaves the gun and it's in a path to hit you and lets just assume you're not wearing a caviler or something then yeah it's going to hit you. Not really. There's something in this world that we call distance. Obviously a point blank shot is impossible to dodge once it has left its cartriage. But the farther the bullet is away from you, the more time you have to dodge it. Especially when you have peak level conditioning reflexes. No human can move faster than a bullet, end of discussion. Did I ever even type that a human can move faster than a bullet? No. I didn't. I just said you can dodge a bullet. You don't necessarily have to be faster than something to dodge it. They can move out of the way just before someone pulls the trigger true, but that's not dodging a bullet, that's just moving out of the way of the trajectory BEFORE the gun unloads into your butt cheeks. lol. That's called dodging a bullet. If a bullet was aimed towards you, and it didn't hit you (regardless of whether or not you moved the instant before or the instant after it was fired), then you dodged a bullet. Because, you know, it didn't hit you. Exactly what the fuck I said. they didn't move after the trigger was pulled though they wouldn't have enough time, no one does, ever and probably never will. Right, because you're a scientist that has done repeated experiments on this subject. That being stated lets just assume that Blaine was at least a little surprised Blaine only gets surprised because he randomly decides to portray such an emotion. You must not have read his complex that I created for him. You see, he doesn't care about anything and randomly decides anything that he does. Yet, he has superb cognition skills. Meaning he can think very very quickly. attacked from above he was a little bit startled which would not amplify his reaction but instead deter it as his brain would try to process the situation. So....Yeah, a flying monster diving at your ass might be a bit of a surprise. Not really. If he watched the alien take its time to fly up, he would be prepared for when it dropped back down on him. I was under the implication that it is not like he never knew of the alien's presence beforehand. It started out on the ground and then flew up above his head. Not to mention he probably should have heard the wings flapping anyway. "I should properly leap to the left like I've been doing this for all my life and this situation isn't frightening or even startling me in the least. Just another tuesday in Japan" "I should properly leap to the left because I have a psychopathic complex that makes it so I don't care about anything (including fear or my life), therefore, I randomly decided to, or maybe if I were even given a choice in the matter, I could have raised my sword up and extended it at the demon."

I would quote but I don't feel like it, so if you don't mind I'll support my earlier comments via block paragraphs. Of course you don't have to read it if it's annoying to read block paragraphs but I would prefer we just duke it out with our words. I assumed by your earlier statement that humans can learn to dodge bullets by honing their reflexes that you meant by honing ones reflexes even moving out of the path of bullets previously fired is possible. Also most people and by most I mean most people without a fucking Rifle (Sniper more than likely as an Assault Rifle would still be a bit of a challenge) would not fire from more than 100-150 Meters for obvious reasons (The farther away the harder to hit and the more chances the person can potentially live by means of accident or some other random occurrences). According to Wikipedia which has been proven by numerous studies to be as accurate as some of the worlds greatest encyclopedia's some of the slowest bullets in the world (Belonging to handguns obviously for their low fire power when compared to Rifles, Shotguns, etc) move at a pace of 1000 Feet Per Second. It is extremely uncommon for a man to be shot at from a distance of more than 150 feet, that's less than a second to move your entire body out of the way of a very small object moving faster than you can even blink, I'm pretty sure you're gonna have a hole in your skin pretty soon. The peak level Reflexes you speak of, their 4.2 milliseconds, NOWHERE NEAR a bullet at almost any distance. Unless your guy gets bullet fired at him from a distance of approximately 450 Feet than you would not have a very high percentage of dodging and even then it's still well below half, I may not have done studies, but I'm pretty sure that we can agree that the odds are stacked against you, especially if your gunman has even an inkling of how to hold a gun properly and fire it just as such. Lastly, relating to your statement that I am not a scientist, me and my cohort would like to disagree. *Phone Rings* A Strange old man: Hello, Doctor Science's House, how may I help you. Neviux: Doctor Science, tell this jerk-off that I'm a scientist! Doctor Science: Kid, for the last F**KING TIME, YOU ARE NOT A F**KING SCIENTIST. NOW GET OFF MY PHONE YOU LITTLE *Bleep* (Just hung up the phone) See that. I'm as reliable as any other scientist.

I never typed that the odds were with the human. Just that it wasn't impossible. I agree with you there. There's nothing to argue about anymore, I think.

Indeed. I've made a Character for each Region but I'm thinking I should have a back up when those die. What do you guys think?
