Name: Ueda Takeshi Gender: Male Age: 24 Alignment: Chaotic Good Physical Description: He has brown short hair, a sharp face and green eyes. He is six foot two inches tall. He's not used to doing too much physical exercise but not really out of shape. He suffers myopia, so he needs to wear glasses in order to see normally. Background: Growing up in Tokyo, he graduated from the Tokyo University at an early age and started working teaching physolophy and literaturequite prestigeous highschool. During his years as a professor, he put special emphasis in thinkers such as Rosseau and romantic writers, subtlely infusing a rebelious spirit in many of his students. He soon became an activist in a small group that opposed the current government and many private institutions. Quickly becoming a leader among his group, he was framed by a group of the institutions he opposed into for the murder of a judge and three prosecutors; and therefore was sentenced to death row in Deadman Wonderland. Reason for Imprisonment: Framed for multiple murder. Personality: Takeshi has always been quite a rebelious person, since he grew up reading the work of many great writers and philosophers. He believes that an educated and tolerant country is the only place in where democracy could posibbly work. He is opposed to death penalty, abortion, animal cruelty (he's also a vegetarian), and any other way of devaluating the virtue of life. As a pacifist, he'll most likely have a hard time adapting to the lifestyle of deadmen. Branch of Sin: Takeshi can manipulate his blood, transofrming it into a rock-hard material. This material takes any form he wishes, as long as it stays in contact with his body. He can mold it into a protective armor, razor-sharp swords, slim wings (with a very limited flying capability), and any other thing he can think of, as long as he has enough blood on him to build the tool he needs. Inventory: 3 Candy, DW Rulebook, 0 CP and the standard prisoner uniform. Stats: Strength: 15 Dexterity: 5 Speed: 10 Stamina: 5 Blood: 15

Name: Ryoichi Sanjo Gender: Male Age: 42 Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Appearance Hair: Jet Black, silky hairy. Kind of Shiny Eyes: A Light Brown. Weary eyes, always looks tired. Other notable facial features: Height: 6'7'' Build: Slender Clothes: Black jacket, blue jeans, and an orange shirt with a black stripe down it. (Before being transferred to DW.) Other: One Large Scar on his back. Even though it is healed, it's still a vibrant red, when his blood is flowing enough. History: Growing up in a sheltered life, Ryoichi got everything he wanted, at the cost of many freedoms. His father, the only friend he had ever known, had never allowed him to venture out of his home. A lowly pawn of a mob gang, his father worked in illegal drug trade in order to support his only son and work off the debts his own father had passed on from years of gambling. Fear that the mob bosses would learn of his son and use him against him, Ryoichi's father kept him indoors iwth his toys for 17 years, homeschooling him through a computer. However, after his father sold information to rival gangs for more money, the mob bosses caught on and sent 5 men to his house. Sitting in under the sink, in a cabinet, at 13 years old, Ryoichi watched his father brutally beaten by the men, after killing 3 of them self-defense with a gun. Ryoichi, however, was able to grab a small knife from the kitchen, and kill the last of them, with the element of surprise. Then and there he vowed to avenge his father's murder. (cliche, I know) It took years, but one by one, he was able to pick off the mob boss leaders and dissassemble the gang once and for all, with help of allies long gone (retired or dead). Yet, a normal life was beyond his reach, so he lived on the streets from then on, alone. It was these street smarts that helped him survive the Great Tokyo Earthquake. Reason for Imprisonment: After years of being a vagrant and developing his street smarts, the trail of blood eventually caught up to him after a crooked, but sharp detective pieced all the clues together. Ryoichi was then charged with dozens of counts of manslaughter, and sent to Deadman Wonderland, even after he was branded as mentally ill. Personality: Does not care for rules. Does what he feels, but is also physically passive. He does not care for violence, either, though he will come to it if needed. Hates most forms of superiority, and organized crime. Thinks of himself as a vigilante, though never looked out for anyone else. Branch of Sin: Parisitic Bite. Resembles a bear trap, one on each hand (or any two moving body parts). Completely useless as a direct melee weapon, it can only penetrate halfway through muscle, at best. However, Parisitic bite replaces Ryoichi's blood with the victims, and the victim's blood with his. After half or more of his blood is in the victim, he is able to control them through the blood from his body. Effectively, he can control 2 other people (half of his blood for each), but it renders his own body physically useless, until the host bodies actively transfer his blood back into his body. If his blood overwhelms a deadman's blood (his body or their body), he is able to use their abilities at half the effectiveness. When transferring blood, his body must actively take time (an average of 10 minutes per liter) to make the blood compatible with his body or his blood compatible with their body. During this time, that blood is currently unusable, as far as Branches of Sin, and any fresh cuts he receives bleed profusely for a minute (though he may use that blood for Parasitic Bite's weak melee attacks, he may not retake it in). Inventory: 3 Candy, DW Rulebook, 0 CP and the standard prisoner uniform. Stats: (out of 50 points) Stamina: 8 Strength: 6 Speed: 20 Blood: 6 Luck: 10

I believe that the only change you've made is putting this into your application:
This makes me sad.
I'd like to reffer to something I wrote earlier abotu your character:
I hope we can fix this with no one getting hurt.

Sorry, I never saw the old post, I'll pump out a new profile, but keep in mind: - His branch of sin replaces blood, so as he puts blood into the victim, he gets blood in return.
- The killing of the entire mob gang is over the course of at least 2 decades, and I guess I should have added he didn't do it alone. ( sorry!)
Thanks for the criticism, though. Also, Post-Deadman self-discovery, you get to use different clothes, right?

Right, but have in mind that when the game starts, we'll e simple prisoners. As the story unfolds, we'll be granted our own rooms and cash to buy clothes and stuff. Also, a branch of sin that costs nothing... Isn't that a bit overpowered? Those things aside, it's a really good character.

I must assume the control isn't absolute at one. I mean, the more the blood, the more of the body you can control, right? Also, you still haven't fixed the stats. You have 50 points to spend, and the stats are improvable, up to a ma of 100 points each. Fix that and you'll be good to go.

Alright, you're accepted! (delete the " 5 is average , 10 is max)" part) Also, as one of the first four applicants, you get 500k CP to spend. As soon as we get a mod and at least two more approved characters, we'll get this rolling!

Name: Ezekiel Thirteen (Bird: Weaver) Gender: Male Age: 19 Alignment: Chaotic good Physical Description: He is about 5’8” and has scraggly white hair with black tips. Usually wears loose clothes and no shoes. Until he is sent to DMWL where he receives the standard gear. Background: Ezekiel lost his parents during the great Tokyo earthquake, and due to a head trauma from falling debris, does not even remember anything before waking up in the hospital. After being released he is put into the care of a foster parent, who was very abusive. This caused Ezekiel to run away and begin living on the streets; he almost starved to death before being rescued by an old man who was also living on the streets. The old man took him in and taught him how to survive. He also taught Ezekiel the difference between right and wrong, and taught him to be kind. He also taught Ezekiel not to be violent, but said that if he was to fight, he would need “Something to fight for” which Ezekiel never understood. Reason for Imprisonment: The old man treated Ezekiel like a son until one day, a group of crooked cops began beating the old man for no reason other than entertainment. When Ezekiel tried to intervene one of the cops pulled a gun on him and fired. The old man jumped into the way of the bullet and saved Ezekiel's life by sacrificing his own. At this point Ezekiel was filled with such rage that he attacked the cops viciously. In his blind rage he managed to beat two of the cops to death before he was arrested and sent to DMWL on the death penalty. Personality: Ezekiel is pretty happy go lucky but this outward shell is just an allusion to hide a serious and calculating personality. He is always looking for a plan B and always observing his surroundings. Although this doesn't mean that he is cold hearted. He is still nice and friendly, its just his nature to plan things ahead. Branch of Sin: Rope Circus- His branch of sin allows him to create ropes made out of blood that bind and ensnare the target. The length of the rope he is able to produce is dependent on both the amount of blood he has and how thick he makes the rope. He can make the rope as thin as wire; which is almost invisible to those who are unobservant. These extremely thin threads are also extremely sharp and can cut through both muscle and bone. He has some degree of control over the threads as long as they are still connected to his body, but not much. He also can make a type of staff by hardening his blood, he will either make the ends sharp or blunt, depending on how lethal he is planning on being. The staffs maximum length is around six feet. While he can also make them any length shorter than that. Inventory: You start with just the starter gear. Stats: Strength: 8 Dexterity: 15 Speed: 10 Stamina: 7 Blood: 10

Okay, form down upwards. you got the stats right, same inventory. Your branch of sin... I must assume once it's in rope mode you can't control the blood, right? It's like a whip or a normal rope, right? If so, I think it's quite good. Also, what is sinew? Personality... I guess it could work.
Okay, on the rest of your application, there are a few awkward wording and a couple of caps where they don't belong. Also, on your imprisonment, I don't think he would just fain out of rage, unless he was physically weak or had some sort of illness. The story is quite simple, but it makes sense. I like it. Try to fix the wording and the spelling mistakes. Oh, and on the clothes, we all start with the prisoner uniform, once we become official deadmen we get money and can buy anything we want. I'd recommend saving some for candies, though. You start with three, but if you don't eat one every three days, you die.

Yeah, I guess it could work. Okay, now that you're approved, you get 500k CP for being one of the first four deadmen. Once we have one more and a prison manager, we'll be ready to go!
