Okay, I know Nurai is this beastly tankish awesome monster. But, im watching the anime (so this is anime version) and I think that the freaky 20 armed golden statue from the last anime episodes would put up a great fight. Both of them can regenerate to a near-limitless degree.. So who would you vote for?

Quick List of Shiva's powers - Can turn back time for itself (regenerate), multiple swords, a laser that pierces through a Gantz suit with no problem, multiple arms, and an acid that constantly corrodes the body until death or until what it is corroding is blown off (like a disease)

lol. How come you didn't list Nuri's powers?

Extreme Regeneration (on a higher level than Shiva), Shape Shifting (able to copy other forms that he fights against), 5-8 multiple long range lasers that can destroy Gantz-suits and medium-large buildings, Psychic Powers that can easily destroy Gantz-suits, a radio-active ray-light beam from its eyes that seems to erode anything in its path.

Nuri's pretty much superior in every way, except maybe speed? Even then Nuri's not exactly slow. Plus there's the problem of attacking Nuri out of his awareness. Nothing Shiva has can one-shot Nuri out of his awareness, not to mention Shiva is Nuri's only opponent here, so getting out of Nuri's awareness would be a hard task within itself. While on the flip side, Nuri's eventually going to figure out that all he needs to do is destroy one or two little clock thingers, that is, if he didn't do so by accident beforehand.

What's so special about the anime version? More arms?

I'm fairly confident that Shiva's an ant compared to Nuri, as are most creatures in the Gantz universe when fighting him one on one.
