These rules are made for the Project mods and are meant to create a smooth game play. If a mod fails to follow these rules he will be corrected. If he fails to follow these rules continuously he will be replaced.
First of all I will explain the Mission Schedule Plan (MSP). The MSP suggests that every hunt consists of different phases:
First the Transportation Phase (TP). In the TP the mod makes an opening post and the first players are transported in the room.
Second the Hunt Phase (HP). The HP starts the moment when Gantz opens. This is the Phase where the actual hunt takes place and players are transported out randomly (decided by the mod). The mod will give the players some time for grabbing equipment before starting to transport them out.
Third the End, Statistics Update Phase (ESUP). This Phase is the end of the mission and players are transported back to the room, once again the mod decides when a particular player is transported back in the room. The scoring will take place and additional interaction.
In the ESUP the mod will also update Gantz’s Memory, his Current Gantzers and Dead Gantzers.
Fourth the LOG, Recruitment Phase, in this phase any side stories made by the mod will be played out in LOG and he will also move any Gantzers to his Current Gantzers.
In addition he will post his aliens and NPC’s that are being used for his next hunt.
Furthermore.
Mods should take in to account the weapon limits. There isn’t an infinite amount of weapons so they should keep track of how many are taken so there aren’t too many used. The exact amount of weapons is: 12 X-Rifles, 6 X-Guns and Y-Guns and 4 Gantz Swords.
The Notes or Briefings: These should contain a map, which is updated once a week and shows the locations of the Gantzers. Their equipment must be shown and what percentage of their suit health is left.
New! Nicknames on Suitcases: Mods are now required to give accepted gantzers a nickname under the new "Nickname Given By Gantz:" query. This way more realistic character development can take place during the process of a roleplayer retrieving their suitcase from Gantz.
1 Month rule: If a mod is inactive for 1 month or longer they will be replaced.
5 Month rule: Mods can only carry on a mission for up to 5 months. If mission lasts longer this then the mod will be replaced. However, if Project is in fact active for entire 5 months, additional time can be allowed for the mission w/ only approval by an admin.
1 Month Hiatus: Mods are allowed a 1 Month hiatus in between Hunts not including time used for log. (Remember, in between not during!) However, mod must at least log in once for this hiatus month.
2 Month Log: Log is allowed to go on for 2 months if mod is active and has posted both months. If it exceeds this time mod will be replaced. However, if LOG is in fact active for entire 2 months, additional time can be allowed for the LOG w/ only approval by an admin.

It is understandable that everyone's Gantz is different and every Mod is different, but if there is anything that you would prefer to be different about your Gantz, Project, Gantz Mechanics, modding style, way of determining out comes, it must be approved and brought up with an Admin. Failure to do will result in termination of your modding abilities. Heres some of the various offenses that may unfortunately happen.
What is considered being against the Mechanics or Rules as a Mod:
Please pay close attention to these rules, because a lot will no longer slide like in the past!!!
One's and Red are Major offenses and there's no talking your way out of them. Can also be considered a Major offense to have 3 or more warnings.
One's in Orange are neither Major nor Minimal, but be aware that there's a chance for mod to talk their way out of the offense, but if found guilty their mod powers will be stripped. Even if found innocent the change that mod made to cause this dispute will not be allowed. Perhaps, a first or second warning will be given.
One's in Green are Minimum and if caught in the act a Mod will be allowed to give a reasonable explanation for their actions as Mod. If reasonable enough, the change will be allowed. Basically a warning will be issued or an agreement will be made depending on the issue. If an agreement is made no warning is given.
This little system will allow mods and roleplayers to see if an idea they might have may need or may have to be to be brought up with an Admin before its use. It also allows mod's to know to do their job right and be ready to explain their actions or pack their things and get ready to lose their mod status.
The system wasn't made to annoy or scare people. It was made to give mods a wake up call and let them know that their work is being watched and will be questioned if necessary. So, if your offense falls under yellow, be ready to explain yourself or why your idea should be implemented in your RP, if it's orange be ready to really have have a debate with an admin about the possibility of you still keeping your job as mod, and if red, you probably already know full well that what you did is going to cost you your mod position.
If the situation arises where any of these rules don’t prove to be practical they may be ignored by process of discussion and approval by an admin! Failure to abide by these rules will result in termination of your modding abilities.
