Appearance: Coming to the room, Ichirou is wearing a baggy red hoody. Jeans and red Nikes. His hair is short, hes tall with an average build.
Personality: Ichirou is very patient. He's very outgoing and loves to hit on women. Ichirou is very bad at listening to others and following directions.
Background: Ichirou is Takaos' half-brother on his fathers side, he was born before their father met Takaos' mother. Ichirous' father decided to keep him in America while he went off to live his life in Japan where he ended up meeting another woman and marrying her. Takao was born and 7 years later, they ended up divorcing.
Ichirou displayed Psychic abilities when he turned 21. Since then he taught himself how to control his powers. Going to the doctors one day for a check-up, Ichirou learned that his organs were horribly aged. Since then he rarely uses his powers.
Mr.Sato(Ichirou and Takaos' father) never told Takao he had an older brother for an unknown reason. Ichirou moved back to Osaka, Japan at the age of 27 to search for Takao and tell him he has an older brother. All he has of Takao is a photo of him in his current state.

How the Psychic died: He is killed when twin vampires, Jo and Ken(Osaka daily lives NPCs') go on a rampage through Osaka. He fights them back but ends up dieing.
