Lmao. Yeah right, Batman.
There's quite a few people who can stand on par.
Any high level reality warper from Marvel or DC can probably fuck his ass up. High level psychics might stand a chance or at least be able to fight with him for a long time as well. And of course, Doomsday.

Silver Surfer Maybe. Dark Pheonix. I Think Galactus would get his ass kicked. Super Sonic from Archie comics, andSilver Age superman can take on almost anybody.
HE's strong yes. But theres plenty of other people in comic book fiction that are as strong and nearly omnipotent. Which Dr. Manhatten said he wasn't.
Also Fayrra I don't think Doomsday could do it.

Opps....don't know where my brain was at. I didn't actually think he could win. When I said that I meant that Doomsday would be able to survive against Dr. Man. But I obviously didn't elaborate. Well, he would die at first......but then become immune to it. Though it would take him nearly 1,000 years to recover from it. lol.

Probably. Best/peak feats? I Think Galactus would get his ass kicked. Why? He's a casual planet buster when weak. And a universe buster when strong. Not to mention he's just as much of a reality warper and non-corporeal being as Dr. M. Oh, and add in his damn Ultimate Nullifier crap and he's a multiverse destroyer, that's what I hear, anyway. =/ Super Sonic from Archie comics lol. Best/ peak feats? andSilver Age superman can take on almost anybody. Is this the one who casually juggles around planets? Well, how are his dealings with noncorpreal beings? You know, the ones who can't be hurt by physical forces. HE's strong yes. But theres plenty of other people in comic book fiction that are as strong and nearly omnipotent. Which Dr. Manhatten said he wasn't. It's true. Dr. Man can be defeated.

The Best/peak feats for Pheonix? is that it was created when the universe was born and chose jean grey as a vessal, I'm pretty sure Pheonix is one of the most powerful beings in fiction. She sealed herself away in the sun in order to protect the universe from a villian that was going to swallow it all. I'm sure the pheonix has done more though.
I say that because I watched him lose in Marvel Zombies against all Marvels casual superheoes when they all joined forces and ganged up on him. When thats possible then I can't see him beating Dr. M.
And Super Sonic can move faster than the speed of light in the comics. He and hyper knuckles destroyed a whole demension when they faught against each other.
Not sure but he's able to punch open a black hole. So he has that matter altering move to go along with that.

She sealed herself away in the sun in order to protect the universe from a villian that was going to swallow it all. I'm sure the pheonix has done more though. Now I know who you're talking about. lol. Just had to make sure. I say that because I watched him lose in Marvel Zombies against all Marvels casual superheoes when they all joined forces and ganged up on him. When thats possible then I can't see him beating Dr. M. lol. Two things: First of all, you can't take the character's most weakest and inconsistent feat and use that as proof that they would lose, especially in comics of all things. You have to take their strongest most consistent. Do you know what one of his strongest is? I've heard that he survived the destruction of a universe before. I mean, I could easily say that the Nine Tailed Fox could destroy Goku because Goku couldn't even beat Master Roshi back in DB. Does that mean that Goku isn't stronger than the Nine Tailed Fox? No, I'm just using the most weak version of Goku. Second, isn't the whole reason why the Silver Surfer is as strong and broken as he is because of Galactus? If so, then why would Galactus lose to Dr. Man, but Silver Surfer win? Galactus is a reality warper with potential to destroy the multiverse. Every single universe in Marvel existence. What the shit? I may be wanking Galactus a bit, but I do not think he would lose to Manhattan if you take away PIS and CIS (Plot and character induced stupidity). And Super Sonic can move faster than the speed of light in the comics. He and hyper knuckles destroyed a whole dimension when they fought against each other. Can he reality warp? Does he have resistance to transmutation on the atomic level? The Flash can move FTL, does that mean he would win against Doctor Man? What can Sonic do to him anyway? All of his punches would just phase right through. Not sure but he's able to punch open a black hole. So he has that matter altering move to go along with that. Yeah, but that was a physical force. A force that cannot hurt doctor Manhattan. All attacks just phase right through him. He's stated that he has been on the surface of the sun, so obviously fire doesn't harm him. And he has been destroyed on the molecular, no, atomic level before, and has just regenerated right back. Unless you can provide me with feats that show Superman resistant to his atoms being rearranged and destroyed, then I say he doesn't stand a chance against our Dr. here. Also, he needs reality warping powers of his own. Not just physical strength. Also, is this Superman immune to Kryptonite? If not, then Dr. Man should be able to use that against him. So even if Superman cannot be killed by Dr. Man's atom fuck, he can still lose. Dr. has been shown/implied to manipulate elements before. Who knows, maybe he can create Kryptonite? Or teleport him to a red sun, or, better yet, a place without a sun? Dr. Man can read the past and future of himself and the people connected within his timeline. Therefore, he should be able to find Superman's weakness.

The One-Above-All. An all powerful being that existed since the creation of the Multiverse. He has a consistent strength level of being able to destroy anything and create anything, since he created it all. And he is the one who "The Living Tribunal" reports to and answers to. The Living Tribunal is a 3 faced giant god-like deity One of it's 3 faces is Galactus himself ^_^.... Galactus would.. most likely simply eat Dr.Manhattan.... and every clone of himself that he could make xD

If this was anyone... i think Simon with Gurren Lagann. I mean the final form is a fucking universized mech that is alive. Manhattan would be shitting bricks during this encounter, even if he barely has any emotions.
I think this is the best bet.

Timeskip Simon and Kamina in TTGL = Instant death for Dr. Manhattan. Also, Flash and Sonic could move fast enough to go back in time to when Manhattan was normal and kill him.

And lol at walking on the surface of the sun = fire not harming him. XD Not sure what I was thinking there. Also, is this Superman immune to Kryptonite? If not, then Dr. Man should be able to use that against him. So even if Superman cannot be killed by Dr. Man's atom fuck, he can still lose. Dr. has been shown/implied to manipulate elements before. Superman would probably just speedblitz him or something. Either way, Superman wins majority of the time, if not all.
