I hate that too. Why cant we all just be what we want without implications of a label?

I like to use the Kinsey scale. I'd say I'm a 1.
"The scale ranges from 0, for those who would identify themselves as exclusively heterosexual with no experience with or desire for sexual activity with their same sex, to 6, for those who would identify themselves as exclusively homosexual with no experience with or desire for sexual activity with those of the opposite sex, and 1-5 for those who would identify themselves with varying levels of desire or sexual activity with either sex. "
0- Exclusively heterosexual with no homosexual
1- Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual
2- Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3- Equally heterosexual and homosexual
4- Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5- Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual
6- Exclusively homosexual

nuh uh. i hate how the term sexuality exists. u can either be, straight, gay, bi, whatev. i'm a girl and i'd date guys not girls. i acknowledge that females are pretty but i hardly find men physically attractive. You hate how the term sexuality exists? Why's that? I mean, right after that you go on to say "you can either be straight, gay, bi, whatever." That doesn't exactly explain why you hate the term. Don't get me wrong, I think it gets petty retarded too, but in reality there only needs to be three types of BIOLOGICAL sexual attractions. To Women. To Men. To Mixed (people who have mixed woman and men parts). And you can be more than one of any of these, so for example you can like women and men, but not like mixed. Or like mixed and women, but not men. This has to do with physical innate biological attractions to the way people look in regards to their penis, their vagina, and other aspects of physical body parts. I mean, surely you agree that there's nothing wrong with specifying what you sexually find pleasing? Since that is the point and essence of sexuality and labels and such. I think it gets -it currently is- retarded when they add other factors into sexual orientation like emotion and like 20 different types of sexuals, such as omi, poly, mono, pomo (wtf?), etc. Oh, no, poly is different from omi because poly means MANY while omni means ALL. Ridiculous. They try to make it so you can only have one and it creates so many different ones. You only need three, and you can have more than one. I like to use the Kinsey scale. I'd say I'm a 1. 1- Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual Incidentally homosexual? Really? Come on. There's no reason to get complicated. You ether like women or you don't. The answer is either yes or no. It doesn't matter if you kind of like them, or you're completed crazy for them. There's no reason for five different options. What you find biologically attractive is NOT that deep. Unless of course you're referring to emotional attraction and nonsexual aesthetic attraction as well, in which case that's precisely what I hate about current sexual orientation labels. That's stuff that you can't learn about or specify from a label. Way too much too specify. Way too complex and mixed up and jumbled.

^^ many cases you can be attracted to only one person of the opposite sex and no one else like me. i've only been interested in my bf and no one else as well so yeah. it can be complicated.

Sexuality is different and more complex depending on the person. Not one gay person is the same as the next. One gay person can be completely gay and not find the other gender attractive at all but the other can be completely gay but still love to make out with women or even have sex with them on occasion. Of course this could be called bisexual but that person wouldn't identify themself in such a way.
