At the beginning and end of the chapters. I noticed that they are rly deep:
Gantz 328- Opening: "Rage. And Awakening." and "For the sake of humankind. I forsake my humanity." Ending: "Look. This is the power of a man driven past his limits."
Wow...it makes you think deeply.

I like them too. It's like the introduction that gets you pumped for the chapter. Then the conclusion does the same for getting the next chap.

Gantz 341- Opening: It Doesn't Matter if you're small and weak. Choosing to fight is always an option. Ending: Wasn't deep and the translation was shitty.

Gantz 348- Opening: Dividing and multiplying. An expanding look of anguish. Ending: The audience cheers at this(ill say the, instead) circus of death, and they dance for their pleasure.

These blurbs are damned wonderful. I'm definitely sure they're used as a tool for foreshadowing.

you know I often don't read the blurbs but after this I've gone back and started reading them since I was already rereading Gantz

I always thought those things were like foreshadowing an event. Although I never really figured it out. Still they are deep. Well most of the time.
