You'll prolly like Hell Girl/Jigoku Shoujo, or at least the philosophy behind it. I'm surprised no one posted it yet. There's like 3 seasons.
Synopsis: Features short stories in which the series narrates the suffering of a different individual caused by one or more antagonists. In general during each arc, the protagonists' dramas are explained in detail from the start of their grudges, through the escalation of their torment until it becomes unbearable and they resort to accessing the Hell Correspondence website. Although in general, the client gives the antagonist a chance, he or she usually ends up pulling the string on his or her doll and sending the antagonist to hell. Once they have pulled the string, before taking the antagonist to hell, Ai Enma punishes the person for his or her sins with the help of her companions.
2nd Season Op (cause it's my fav lol...)

I saw Hell Girl a While back. Tried the fist episode, but I was home alone and the opening scared me away. This is a horror genre right?

Yeah in some sense, but it comes nowhere's close to Higurashi (If you know what I'm referring to). Higurashi is like a typical Saw movie in comparison to Hell Girl. Hell Girl is more eerie than anything. I watched it not long after Gantz and it appealed to how I viewed various characters like Nishi in Gantz. The world fucks w/ people everyday so it's satisfying to see those people get what they've got coming to them. But even that can be taken too far and this series does well to show this.
Then again, I sorta find myself being molded into a person who enjoys horror as entertainment and who will rather see a couple fall in love moments away from death, rather than have them live happily ever after. So this anime might not be for everyone, especially if you prefer and enjoy the typical "happy ending" for everyone.
But if you dare, try it and consider it a stepping stone into the threshold of dark anime.

At first I figured this to be anime version of the Ring or the Grudge or something. But to know theres characters getting punished I'm really interested now. Once I'm done Needless you're up Hell Girl.

^ Have you ever tried TTGL?
And thanks for the recommendation, Ronnie. I'll put this on my list. Though I don't enjoy it when someone gets what they deserve, quite the opposite, actually. In storytelling, at least.

I can't find the manga anywhere except for one chapter. So I watched the anime again.
Wow so far so good. I guess this sets the tone for the rest of the series. Don't fuck with a girl and her voodo doll. Not as scary as I thought it was before.
