en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Square-cube_lawBasically how when an object increases in size proportionally, or by the same consistent length/width/height all-around, how big it is/how much space it takes up will have a greater increase than its surface area will. The basic principle behind this article: fathom.lib.uchicago.edu/2/21701757/This article utilizes that Law to show you some very awesome theoretical and actual facts and also applies it to movies and stuff. Like how a human grown to 100-feet tall would collapse under its own weight, and how a human shrunk to 1-inch would be able to outclass almost any insect. Awesome shit, if you give it a chance. It's a pretty long article.

When I start thinking too hard about the Katastophe invaders, this is the scientific law that tends to come to mind. How do things that big manage to stand up? Oh Oku, I love your crazy alien designs.

Exactly.
Their bones should much more big/shaped differently if they were to function correctly. Either that or made out of diamond or something.
