I felt this was necessary. A sense of order and all. Might add more if I find them necessary.
1. I will not divulge the percentage of your suits. (Even though that might be a given.)
2. I will use a ten-sided die to determine hits or misses.
3. There is no minimum post size limit, but please try to keep it at least five sentences long.
4. Prepare for disturbing things - this is Gantz and I'm running the region.
5. Kill or be killed. This is survival of the fittest.

I like the dice method better than the "I don't like this person, so I'll have them get their head bashed in" method.

As long as logic is being applied to the dice method. You know, like not all actions are given the same probability and will change depending on how experienced the person is/their talents/the alien's talents/the overall situation.

I might make a scale to show the probability of various actions to give a feel for it.

The rules seem quite sound to me. I'm kind of glad you're using the dice method. It's nice to have a clear idea of how actions will be resolved.
