Rogue is now the New Mod of New York City.
However, there is one exception. She must continue with all currently active Gantzers in this Project. If she cannot, this decision will be overturned.
What happens to the current mission? I suggest it ends. It was a failure. The gantzers could not kill the reapers in the allotted amount of time. All inactive Gantzers are dead and only the active Gantzers survived. It was a very brutal mission and a lot were scarred by it.
Everyone will be reset to 0pts.
Rogue will have a week to set up and plot out her approach to her new region.
Please inform me if you need anything from me.
Role-players, Treat your Mistress well, and vice-versa.
That is all.

Q: So we do a short time skip to the end of the mission, right? By the end of the mission, have our characters learned the use of the suits and their weapons?

Our characters get "reset". We screwed up and couldn't beat the aliens, we got timed out, all the afkers died, and our points got reset. Think that's how things are gunna go

But our characters still have their knowledge, right? Like, it's not a retcon, just a failed mission. My character Rick is probably going to have a lot of fun screwing with people between missions using the suit and stuff... |

No probably not. Gantz only did that to kurono to screw with him. He knew he didn't have his suit and didn't want him waiting it out while izumi did all the work. Atleast that's how I always saw it. Plotpoint anyway.

Realistically, speaking. I would say Gantzers know the following... - Gantz is the black ball and he wants you to hunt aliens.
- If you don't kill all the aliens in a certain amount of time you fail the mission.
- If you die you don't come back.
- You get scored on your performance. Meaning, kills get you points.
- The guns have lags.
- Controllers are the maps.
- You leave the game area and your head explodes.
- When you die you are summoned by gantz.
- You cannot leave the room until the mission starts.
- Pull both triggers to shoot.
- Y-Gun is a trap gun.
You do not know the following. - How to change frequencies on the controller to turn invisible.
- There are swords and monobikes in the back room.
- There is a 100 pt menu
- People can be revived.
- People can leave and have their memories erased.
Debatable that you may know the following. - There is a bomb in your head.
- Saying the word Gantz can cause your head to explode.
- How to use the suit's rage mode.

That all sounds fair to me, Ronnie. I reckon at least a couple of people would have used Rage mode in 60 minutes, so I think people should at least know about Rage mode, even if they don't know exactly how to activate it or what its exact strengths and limitations are etc. EDIT: It's been a day and a half since this announcement; should be worried that Rogue herself's not said anything about it yet?  |
